A dedicated claims team offers a full service to each of our policyholders. We work in close conjunction with insurers, loss adjusters, motor engineers and garages to ensure the swift settlement of any claim.
At Taxi Secure we will:
- Assist in completion of any claim form
- Present your claim to insurers
- Keep you fully informed of the progress of your claim
- Ensure you receive a prompt and fair settlement from the insurer
All claims must be reported as soon as possible as delays can lead to higher payments.
Any increased cost that your insurers may incur by late notified claims could be passed on to you for settlement, full details will be available in your policy booklet.

How you can help speed up claims payments:
- Report all claims as quickly as possible it helps us to manage your claim and any possible third party claims more efficiently. It may also mean reduced claims costs resulting in more stable premiums
- Report any accidents resulting in damage to private property, lampposts, Road signs etc
- Obtain any names and addresses of any witness that may be present
- Keep A camera in the car and if ever involved in an accident take photographs
- You must advise the third party of all relevant details eg name and address
- Never admit liability at the scene of an accident
